The main reason was the need to improve the tweeter of the Fun 17, the original was not enough. The new silk dome tweeter with its 28mm proved to be magic even on the Fun 13 MK 2… but only in combination with a new P2C woofer.
With its new bigger silk dome tweeter and its improved woofer, the Quarter Wave Length Horn construction reaches a different level of musicality.
